These terms govern your use of arx-global.us and purchases of products from ARX Global ("we", "us"), the global sales company of ARX Infinity (Beijing). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. A signed quote, purchase order acceptance or written agreement with us takes precedence where it differs.

Use of this site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Content is provided for information. Product specifications, images and prices may change without notice and may contain errors, which we may correct at any time.

Quotes and orders

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for the period shown on them. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or accept your purchase order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock limits or export restrictions, and will refund any payment received.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on the quote or invoice: online by card through our payment processor, or by wire transfer, ACH or approved purchase order. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude freight, insurance, duties, import taxes and sales tax or VAT, which are charged where applicable.

Shipping and risk

Delivery dates are estimates. Unless your quote states a different Incoterm, risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, and title passes when payment is received in full.

Returns and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's limited warranty stated on your quote or order confirmation. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear, or damage from operating outside the documented specifications. Except as stated, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Intended use and safety

ARX products are research and development equipment. They must be installed and operated by qualified people following the documentation. You are responsible for safe integration, guarding, emergency stops and compliance with the rules that apply at your site.

Software

Open-source software referenced on this site is provided by its authors under their own licences. We do not warrant third-party software.

Export compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and not to export, re-export or transfer products in violation of them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or lost research time.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to ARX Global or its licensors. ARX and the ARX logo are trademarks of ARX Infinity (Beijing), used with permission. ARX Global is not connected with ARX Robotics GmbH (Germany).

Disputes

Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any issue in good faith. The governing law and venue for an order are those stated on your quote, order confirmation or written agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
